Woman Said To Be 116 Years Old, Dies
LOS ANGELES, March 5-(AP)- Mrs Eulalia Salaz, claiming to
be 116 years old, who was active in housekeeping until several weeks ago, died here Saturday. Her son, Nolverto, who said he was 95 years old, was at the bedside. Physicians said the cause of death was hardening of the arteries.

She was born at Zacatecas, Mexico, and friends said she
could recall the French invasion of Mexico when she was
25 years old.
