Hello there! It's interesting to find that many of us are interested in finding our roots from way back. And the funniest thing is that when we read these comments it surely sounds like "we just might all be related"! jaja.

Im writing today because it seems to me like the info. you already have might be of some use to me. My father's last name is GARCIA DUARTE and was born in Lo De Luna, Zacatecas (a ranch just outside of Jerez). Im berly starting my family tree investigation so I don't have much info yet. But based on what you have I could tell you that our families tie back to the same ranchs. Look my grandfathers name (dad's side) is AUSENCIO GARCIA GARCIA from Lo de Luna, Zac. His father's last name was GARCIA, REYES. My dad's mom's last name is DUARTE, GARCIA from Las Lajas, Zac.

This is all I gots right now. But if you have any info. on the GARCIA DUARTE last names relating back to los ranchos LO DE LUNA and LAS LAJAS that you could provide to me...I would greatly appreciate.
