I am not sure you are still checking for answers, but My great, great grandfather was Jose Ynostroza, his son was Juan Ynostroza, and one of his many sons was my grandfather John M Ynostroza. I am hoping they are the same Jose. It is Ynostroza, although from research I have heard the name was changed just as many were when becoming US citizens. Also from what I understand Inostroza was what it was derived from, but changed in Mexico over the generations.
