I think it's going to be hard since many records were burned when the government building was burned during the Mexican Revolution. You might try calling 011-52-494-945 22 53 or 54, 945 30 95, 945 57 23. These are the numbers to City Hall in Jerez. They can guide you as to which records are still available.
