Lerdo is in the state on Durango, near the border with Coahuila. It, along
with Torreon and Gomez Palacio form a tri-city complex. But last time I was
in Lerdo, I felt it still had a small town feel to it. However friends have
said it has grown a lot in the last 15 years or so.
