My sister is trying to locate her father (Miguel Gonzalez) but does not have much info. He was living in Los Angeles in 1957 (when/where she was born) Miguel at that time was 27 according to the birth certificate. Miguel's mother maiden name was Montoya. Miguels fathers first name is unknown, but he was some sort of president or elected offical in Zacatecas. Miguel was born sometime in 1930 so he is about 74/75 years old. Dont know if he stayed in the USA or returned to Zacatecas. Can anybody please tell me how I can locate this family in Zacatecas.
