It may be a long shot, but I just recieved a copy of my gr grandfathers birth certificate, his name was Julio Hernandez. His mother is listed as Gabina Lopez Hernandez and his father as Anastacio Hernandez. Julio was born in Parral in 1904. If this sounds familiar let me know and I will continue with what pther info is on the paper
