I know a large family with that surname. They are from Fresnillo, Zac. I'm related to Antonia Quintanar, daughter of Pedro Quintanar from Huejuquilla, Jal. He fought on the Mexican Revolution and I think also for the Cristera War during the late Twenties or early Thirties.
I can provide you with names , but I don't know if they speak English.
