I might be able to help you find the relatives you are looking for. I don't know if you are interested in it's location... you can look in www.maps-of-mexico.com click on the state of Zacatecas and it will give you the names of all the towns (pueblos) search for Tenayuca and you will see it on the map.
I have a cousin that works in the local government, she can access the birth certificate records... give me the years that you are looking for and hopefully the records that exist go back that long.
