If you do not know the exact location in Zacatecas or Jalisco, you might consider researching Nochistlan, Zacatecas, as there were many Ynigues families there for some time.

Also, while searhing LDS records on www.familysearch.org, I found a Santillan tie which might prove helpful down the line:
