I'm not sure how far Zacatecas is from the capitol of Mexico. My maternal grandparents came from a town near the capitol of Mexico. Benito Sanchez was the name of my great grandfather and he named a son after him. Maria de Jesus was my great grandmother and her daughters were my grandmother Santos Sanchez & Maria de la Luz Sanchez. The three siblings immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1920's or a bit before that. If you can help in any way I would truly appreciate it. I''ve tried searching the Latter Day Saints database for them. If possible, can you give me some possible towns where they may have come from? I've looked on the maps but there are so many.
