Looking for information about the Yniguez name from Zacatecas or Jalisco areas. My father, Victor, was born in 1886 and his father was Julio Yniguez. We do not have any information on either one. How can I search birth records or names?

Also my grandmother was Torivia Santellan from either Zacatecas or Jalisco. Can someone help????
