Ruperto and Margarita were married on 18 September 1875 in San Cosme, Villa De Cos, Zacatecas.......
They later moved to Texas---Ruperto to San Antonio and Margarita to Cotulla, La Salle County.....They had at least 2 daughters---San Juana and Santos.....When Ruperto and Margarita divorced, Ruperto took the children with him....Margarita later remarried a Benito Mata in Cotulla about 1900.....Ruperto and Margarita are my GreatGreatGrandparents...Story is that Ruperto's mother died in Childbirth with Ruperto...His father is said to be Irish..(Burford?)..Supposedly Ruperto was raised and adopted by his mother's sister and her husband....believe Ruperto was born abt 1855 and Margarita abt 1860,,,,,looking for any and all help on Ruperto and Margarita..Bdays, parents, siblings, etc...
