Could this "Rancho de Cuevecillas" be the "Condominium" I refer to in GRANDMOTHER VENTURA . It must have been the remnants of a mining operation. I have pictures from 1953.
On this mountain or cliff? many, many dwellings consisting of an uncovered patio type room where all cooking, eating, etc. took place, and a one room bedroom for all in the family.
