My Ramirez, Macias, Medellin, Valenzuela family has roots in Malpaso. A Ramirez uncle who was born in Malpaso in 1903 remembered that the Benjamin Gomez Bordoa family owned a large, thriving, prosperous hacienda producing fruits, vegetables and the famous fighting bulls, Toros de Malpaso. I'd like to hear from the Bordoa family or anyone whose family lived in Malpaso around the 1900s to compare history and family information. Another name mentioned by my uncle was Manuel Navarro.
