I have extensive family roots in Pinos, Zacatecas. The Aguilar family of the Santo Nino De Atocha Hacienda. Any Aguilars' in your line? Also I visited there about 6 years ago and went to the local church. The records there are fairly good, but the Mormons also have them. If You need to go beyond the 1600's you would probably need to use the Achives of Seville on the Indies which is available by satellite in the Huntington Library in Pasadena, California, but only if you have a PH'D or special permission. I have a couple of history books I bought on Pinos from the Notary who is also the local historian. I will look up the Hacienda for you.
