I live in Montebello, CA. I have a few Mergils in my family tree. My family is from two villages between Fresnillo and Valparaiso. The towns are named: San Jose de Llanetes and San Antonio de Sauceda. Two women with the Mergil name are: Dionisia and Victoria. Let me know if either the names or place sound familiar to you.
