Caroline: Mojarro is a name that goes 'way back in Jalpa. My friend, Cuco Mojarro, is an attorney there who ran for presidente municipal in the last election (he lost!). I don't have his exact address--it's just up the street from the palacio municipal--but he should be llisted in the phone books, and I would suspect the post office can find him. I'll be seeing him early next year.
