Im so sorry to have to say that we are not related, or at least as we can see right now. My mother is Ruth Ann Menchaca of California, not Lola. My Menchaca ancestors came from Zacatecas, not Chihuahua. However, my dad's ancestors came from Chihuahua. Maybe their could be a match on that side.

I'm really interested in seeing where your Menchaca ancestors lead. How much do you know about them? I know that mine came from Jerez, Zacatecas. The oldest ancestor I know of is my 2nd great grandfather Juan Menchaca who was hung by Pancho Villa around 1910 or so.

Please tell me your Surnames in Chihuahua. Maybe their could be a match. My dad's ancestors came from Meoqui, and also Ortiz.
