There is a new Sephardic message board at Rootsweb and an accompanying Sephardim-L mailing list for people from around the world interested in the subject of Sephardic ancestry. Amateur researchers and authorities alike are invited to provide what facts they can and make inquiries about culture, origin, migration, DNA, family connections, etc. Just type “Sephardic” in the Find-a-Board box at Rootsweb’s message board category.
