hi it's me again,
I got some more information from my dad about my grandfather,
that his last names were jacobo garcia and that his brother,actually his half brother , didnt have jacobo as his last name or something so now its kind of harder to find my grandfathers brother, I also found out his name though, it is Epifanio or "pifa" and the place he moved to was mexicali. I didnt think it would be so hard to find him because there arent too many people with the jacobo surname . Also, he has a daughter about my dads age 40 so I will keep looking.
