I don't know if we are related.
My brother George and I are searching through the Mormon Church Library to find connections to the Arellano name.
We found a lot Arellano's in Teul de San Juan Baptista( now known as Teul de Gonzalez-Ortega),Zacatecas. There are many small towns just south of Teul which have many Arellano's.
The link we are looking for is Rafel Felix Arellano and his son Isidro Arellano somewhere in Zacatecas. If we find this link it will open up "Pandora's Box" to reveal perhaps your question of a relationship.
