My LEDESMA connection is further back in time. Jose Aureliano LLAMAS (b. 1872, Rancho del Tule, Zacatecas) had parents Cleofas LLAMAS and Marciana QUEZADA. Marciana's parents were Cerbulo QUEZADA and Josefa LEDESMA.

You can probably locate your grandfather in one of the baptismal films that can be ordered from your local LDS Family History library. The records list each child's grandparents, and many records are indexed. I have very good luck with this avenue of research.

If they are from Apozol, Zacatecas (and not the city of Zacatecas), we could have a connection. Good luck!
