The only Lozoya names I have for sure are María de los Angeles Lozoya (unknown dates), and her son José Soledad Badillo Lozoya (1860?-1918?). I know José had 19 or so brothers and sisters! My great aunt Nina (82 years old) gave me that info. She can't remember those names.
They had Badillo as first surname and Lozoya as second surname. But your relative Maxima had Lozoya as first surname, so probably she was their aunt, that is, María's sister. Only problem: the dates. Maxima was born in the 1870s, younger than José, so she could be his cousin, not his aunt. Another possibility: she was his sister but didn't use her first surname, only the second.
Those are my guesses, maybe right, maybe wrong.
