I have some close friends named Banuelos who are from Huejucar. The last time I was there I remember it was a small hacienda with a lot of cottonwoods and the dirt was like that of Oklahoma - red! This may have been located in Zacatecas instead of Jalisco. Don Alfonso Banuelos is now the owner and I believe his father went by the same name. I believe there is some legitimacy for the title, "DON".
