I cannot recognize your cabral's as related to mines. All mines are from
zacatecas and I have a good ammount of data from mi ancestors since around
1770, but surely some lines from uncles are not complete. I have been making
some research recently and found that the cabral surname came from galicia,
more precisely from around vigo (pontevedra), exactly from the cabral parrish,
there. then some moved from there to castilla (burgos) and portugal(where
my ancestors came from around 1750). Here in mexico is interesting to note
that most cabral are from zacatecas and there are more lines than I expected
and probably not related between them here, although probably all come
from the same stock.
