I understand that my Grandfather, Marcelino Ramirez, and his family were
born in the city of Zacatecas.
There was great-great grandfather, Cesario Ramirez, great grandfather,
Jose Ramirez and great grandmother Camila Luera Chavez. (I found that she
was Christened in 7-28-1861 in Ojo Caliente, Zacatecas. Her parents were
Claro Luera & Casiana Chavez. They had 2 other children: Jose Marcos (1868)
and Ysidoro (1870).) Jose & Camila had 6 children: Antonio died at age
3 yrs., Pascuala, Josefa, Ester, Emeterio & Marcelino (7-17-1882). They
died when Marcelino was very young. Marcelino left Zacatecas at age 18
yrs and never returned. He knew no more of his family.
I've taken the task of finding ancestors and descdents for the Family Tree.
I now have most all of Marcelino's descendents.
I would appreciate any information relative to his family in Zacatecas.
