El Gorreon is what they affectionately called my Great Grandfather because
of his ability to sing like the bird.
I will start from 1728, Castolo Acuna born 1728 i Jerez, Zacatecas married
Maria Edwarda Garcia de La Cadena they were Called Don y Dona they were
of Spanish Descent,they had Juan Neopumoceno in 1798 in Jerez Zac. he maried
Maria
Gervacia in 1818 she was born in 1803 in San Jose de La Ysla Zac.MX they
had Jose Faustino in 1819 in Villanueva Zac. MX he married Maria Torbia
Ramos a full blooded Indian
born 1823in Villanueva Zac. Mx (Her ancestors were Ramos, Delgado Rodriquez
Games, Barrios and Duron) All Indians.)
They had Bartolome in 1839 in Malpaso Zac.MX.he married Juliana Yinojosa
in 1860 they had 9 childeren one of them being my great Grandfather Teodoro
Acuna brn 1885 in Villanueva Zac. Mx. he married Maria Natilia Heredia
and had 16 childeren all in Zac. Mx. I have been to Zacatecas and have
met family there. I have many more lines connected to these if anyone wants
information. On all the documents that state Indian blood in doesnt specify
which tribe, That is what I am presently researching. Thank you.
