Correction: My Montes--Aunts and Uncles including my dad were born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico (Capital of Chihuahua). However, my 2 eldest Uncles, Augustine Montes and Rojelio Montes were born in Mexico City D.F. early 1900's.
I don't know of any of my grandfather Secundino Montes' siblings. He was born in Santa Ana Pacueco, Guanajuato 1880. My grandmother (Secundino's wife) Virginia Aguirre Rodriguez was born in La Piedad Cabadas, Michoacan 1876. There could possibly be a conncection here. My grandparents lived in Chihuahua until 1919 before coming to USA, first residing in the State of Virginia then California.
