I am continuing to search out my family history and found a local family history consultant. If anyone knows my grandfather or great-grandfather, please post a response. This is what I know...

Jose Macedonio del Refugio Ayala is my dad's father, christened 09.17.1883 , Tlazazalca, Michoacan, Mexico, and most likely born at home in this town or nearby. His father is listed as Santiago Allala, or possibly Santiago Macedonio Allala or Ayala, and married to Maria Vazquez. Do you know anything about these individuals? Santiago is possibly from Churintzio, Michoacan, Mexico (not positive) and born in 1839. The baptism certificate for Refugio lists the spelling as Allala, so not sure if this is correct spelling and it changed ot Ayala later.
