I'm researching records from Chilchota and they include Valle de Guadalupe and Valle de Canindo and some from Tangancicuaro. Does the Valle de Canindo still exist? The Zamora and Navarete families have been there since the 1600 and 1700's. I'm researching the Gutierrez and Alvarez del Castillo families. My mother is Gutierrez and her family was from Valle de Canindo in late 1700's. Are you familiar with the history of your family?
