Hi I have a question

What does this name mean, this is part of my aunts name ?? " Narcisa Del Sagardo Corazon De Jesus", my aunts given name was "Maria" and her surname was "Lopez" we have found this name with other people, is it a name of a village or ??? she was born in Abasola Guanajuato Mexico and we can not find her.
