Hello- I am trying to research my grandfather, Octobiano Madrigal. On
all of his documents it says he was born in Numeran, Mich.. Does this
mean he was born in Michoacan? I am totally new to Mexico Genealogy (as
you can tell). I wanted to make sure I subscribed to the right list.
