My grandmother was Adele Consuelo Kershaw b. 1909 in Michoacan, Mexico. Her mother was Leonor Farias de Cano who married George Kershaw. He worked for a company who was laying out railroads in Mexico when the revolution broke out. Leonor had a sister named Consuelo, I don't know what her married name was; may have started with an M. Another sister married a Slade. They and maybe other siblings were raised by a grandfather. Their father's or grandfather's name was possibly Ramon Cano.
Anything sound familiar?
