I'm not sure if this will be of help, but my fathers family is from Michoacan (and I've been told that the Licea Family is found in Michoacan Mexico and Guadalajara Jalisco). My fathers name is Gustavo Licea and his fathers name was Natalio Licea ( I will ask my dad if he remembers where his dad was born and what his grandfathers name was). My fathers side of the family still lives down in Michoacan. I will keep you updated if I find anything else.
