Hi Lew,

All I can tell you is that Erwin's side of the family moved on to Pottstown Pennsylvania, where there is even a road called Mahr Road.

My grandfather was Franklin Randolph Mahr, son of George. He road the rails to Texas to work in the oilfields and had 3 children: Thomas, Frank Jr and Dorothy. Thomas is my Father and is still living. Frank & Dorothy passed away in 1982. Frank had a daughter Sharon who lives in San Antonio, and a son Ronald who lives in Houston. Thomas had 2 children, me, Linda who is resident in the United Arab Emirates and Chris who was killed in 1981.
