I am trying to find the parents of my Great,Great Grandmother. Her name is
Catherine Madden born in (per census) Alabama March 13, 1855. The first census
we find her in is 1870 Denton County Texas age 15 living with a John Adams
Family and attending school. Where is her family?? There could be a
connection with Ruth Gay. The Gays could possibly be her mother's maiden
name??? If anyone can help or has any clues I would greatly appreciate it!
