Hi Dawn, I have been using 9.0 for several months now, even before it was
available and have never had a problem. Users probably need to check their
settings as follows:

Under the drop down Mail menu choose "mail settings." Make sure that the
"Hide images and disable links" is not selected. Then they should look at the
"block unwanted mail" setting. Deselect the first 4 on the left. I use the
"Custom sender list" that allows you to list the addresses from which you do not
want to receive mail. This setting also adds any addresses that you send to
"report spam" so they do not keep coming. And I use the spam filter and have
no problem.

Maybe this will help. Sally Porter

The problem does seem to be with people running 9.0. Apparently it
automatically sets up e-mail to block mailing lists and the like. Does anyone know how
to change the blocking feature? I do not use aol so I do not know how to
tell them to change it.

Thanks,

Dawn
