Dear Paul, You helped me find my lyons family from Connecticut. Mary F. Lyons was my paternal grandmother who raised my father, William Adam Reh, Jr. after his mother died and his father abandoned him. My father recently passed away but he had all the answers he needed thanks to your research. The rest of the story goes like this; my mother was Margaret Mary Poe, who married William Adam Reh, Jr.
Her mother was Sarah Marie Tompkins from Albany, NY, great, great granddaughter of Daniel D. Tompkins. My grandmother married William Vincent Poe who was at one time the chauffeure for the Rockerfellows until he had a car
accident that put over 100 stitches in his face. My grandmother's line include Sarah Hyatt and Ellen Hogan. thought you might like this piece of imformation because you said you never put the Reh's and the Lyons together before our correspondence. Nice to talk to you again.
