Hi Kris,

Sorry, I haven't come accross a "Catharine Lyons" of the date you mentioned. My own research has just reached that era. My line of 'Lyons' appears to be from Ireland, however, I don't know the point of entry, or even the number of family members that came over. I have come accross some indications that they came through Maryland or Delaware. Have also noted that there have been some hints that there may have been ancestors that settled in various states, both permenately, and temporarily, including Penn. and possibly Delaware.
I will keep a copy of your inquiry with my research work. If I find a connection, I will attempt to get the info to you.
As for now, the best chance of connection would be that Catherine would be a niece or sister-in-law to Elijah.
I live about 90 miles from Perry County, and hope to go back for a second research visit next summer. There is also some good info available through Perry Co. sites.
