I have searched on ancestry.ca.Have found this information:
Robert Lumsdon/Lumsden was a Private in the 15th Service Battalion of the Sheshire Reg't, 1st birkenhead. His regimental number was 19642.
He is on the British Army WW1 Medal Rolls. It looks as if he recived the Victory Medal.
you may know all this, however, I thought I would share this.
