My Lumpkins line is:
g-parents Benjamin Franklin Lumpkins(b1879) Nola Johnson(b1895)
gg-parents Hiram Lumpkins(b 1841) Mary Elizabeth Strother
ggg-parents George Lumpkins Lottie Prewitt (m 1824)

George Lumpkins lived in TN, but I don't know where he was from. It has been a struggle to get any further back. It's been difficult to find male living Lumpkins who are interested in testing their DNA.
There was a Dickerson Lumpkins whose name I recall seeing in TN. Possibly the same fellow as yours?
