ok.. first there is a death record for Fleming Love - it should provide the required information on his parents.
that being said here is some information I found for you - please bear in mind that I think these are your people but you need to verify also (mind you some of this is hard to see so pls verify when you can)

was a boarder listed with other people - couldn't read head of household. index on a.com says JB Love but it looks like it might be FB Love (as in Fleming) he was 18 so it's very possible this is your guy.
