At the request of a listmember, last week, I changed his Digest format to
MIME.

Yesterday, I received a message from him saying he wasn't getting his
digests in MIME.

I went back into the new Listowner utilites to again change his subscription
to MIME, and I found
that it was still unchecked.

What now???
