If you do a google search on your email address you will probably find that
it is listed on the Internet in many places. Anyone doing genealogical
research pretty much has to put their email address "out there" so that others can
reach them. Most places you would enter your email address at RootsWeb
protect it from spambots through encryption--bot many other websites do not do
this.
