Report the problem to the RootsWeb HelpDesk along with the name of the list
that bounced and explain that the bounce was for USER UNKNOWN for the list.

This type of bounce is a symptom of the problems that have been occurring of
late with the alias file on the mail hub--and seeing this will help them fix
it.
