It's been pointed out to me that not every mail program matches mail headers in the same way; some may only match using "contains" rather than "is equal to", and in the former case the following field will be more distinguishable:
List-Id: <listname.rootsweb.com>
I'll also suggest the possible use of the following field:
Sender:
because some mail programs can't pick out arbitrary header fields, but may recognize Sender: as an address field.
