1). They KNOW what order they are going to migrate in
2). They KNOW how big each list is.
3). They KNOW how long it takes to migrate x number of megabytes.

They therefore SHOULD KNOW the approximate time each list will begin
migrating... or is there something wrong with my math?

Things will change some for some subscribers and other will hardly notice a
blip on the radar. But that is what this list is here for--asking and
