I subscribed to this list when I, as an ordinary subscriber, was informed of the list migration. I have read almost every message posted here, some repeatedly due to duplicates. I want to say THANK YOU to almost everyone who has posted here, especially several that were "off topic". I know almost nothing about using lists. By reading what has been posted here I have learned to filter my incoming email and now proudly have a box just for this list. I have learned that unsubbing is NOT understood by a large number of people and that possibly the addition of the words "the ONLY way to unsubscribe" etc. might catch the eye better. Who knows?
I now have a question. Can anyone recommend a site or other information source for learning how to use mailing lists, RootsWeb lists specifically. I think I am missing out on a lot of good information.
