I changed some settings that might help with delievery. It will slow
down the connections as it tries to deliver.

This bug causes their automatic systems to hold messages for a long
period of time and either delete them or deliver a bunch of messages at
once several hours later and even send duplicate emails. This would
explain why some people have stopped getting posts altogether or are
getting them in big "chunks" hours late.

This doesn't explain why this is ONLY happening with LISTS9 and NOT with
the other list servers. ALL mail from the other list servers is coming
through INSTANTLY--there is most definitely something DIFFERENT
happening with lists9 mail ONLY.

Frankly, it does little good for any one person to complain to AOL--it
would take 10,000 or more complaints for them to act on the complaint.

Whatever the cause, it is getting worse and it ONLY applies to LISTS9
and NOT any other RootsWeb list servers.
